I find the interface to be rather difficult to understand.

We're shifting to Entourage 2004 - OSX 10.4.1 with an Exchange 2003
Server and find that this "Web Interface" is very poor.

1. The In-Box browser has "check boxes, the purpose of which is unknown
2. The calendar CANNOT be viewed in a "Month" format??
3. Contacts (we have 124 pages) have no search feature or any easy way
to navigate to a particular area?? I found what appears to be a search
window but tried every field there and it returned nothing.
4. Yes, I clicked on the "Help" button. It's just about worthless.

Is this being upgraded in the next level?? It sure is a LONG way from
what the "other" side gets.....

This is the web interface for all browsers other than Internet Explorer
for Windows. Even in Firefox for Windows you get the same interface as
Safari on the Mac. Microsoft use a lot of extended features of IE on
Windows to get the OWA interface.
