Is there any easy way to migrate folders & rules from POP to IMAP?

I would like to switch my Entourage program from accessing my mailbox via
POP to accessing it via IMAP, but I have about thirty folders and
subfolders, lots of rulesets, etc., and want to know if there's any way I
can 'import' the POP configuration into the IMAP account settings?

Also, is there a way in Entourage's IMAP system for me to configure things
so that after a certain number of days, the message is permanently archived
on my local computer and deleted from the server? (that's different from the
'delete on the server when I delete them locally' settings).
