Is there any free way to view MS Project files w/out MS Project?

I do not know of any free MS Project viewer. Is there any other way to read
or convert an MS Project file for users that do not have an MS Project
install on their system?
Thanks

Lew,

Assuming you have a copy of MS Project there is the option to save as HTML
which will mean anyone with a browser can view the resulting HTML page, you
can either send the HTML file as an attachment or post it to a location
which other people have access to.

I have a document I can provide which spells out in detail the steps
required to achieve a satisfactory outcome, .

Major advantages of this approach is that users do not need to have MS
Project to "View" information, you can decide what it is that you "publish"
whereas if you hand over a project file the viewer has "access all areas"
and finally people can look at but not change any of the information you
have provided.

I hope this helps.
