Lew,
Assuming you have a copy of MS Project there is the option to save as HTML
which will mean anyone with a browser can view the resulting HTML page, you
can either send the HTML file as an attachment or post it to a location
which other people have access to.
I have a document I can provide which spells out in detail the steps
required to achieve a satisfactory outcome, .
Major advantages of this approach is that users do not need to have MS
Project to "View" information, you can decide what it is that you "publish"
whereas if you hand over a project file the viewer has "access all areas"
and finally people can look at but not change any of the information you
have provided.
I hope this helps.
