Is there way to tell Entourage to send outwith another email account?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: imap

I have situation where I receive into into one account, but settings to send out with that account are so complex that I then have to go to dropdown and choose another account to send out of. Is there a way to tell Entourage to send out from this account with email address of another account? thanks!

If you set up the account from which you wish to send as your default
account, you can use Entourage Preferences to reply always from the default
account, no matter what account received the message .
