Hello,
I posted the message below a few days ago - but have just found
following.
Running a ppt from a CD I get the truncated text but copying this file
onto the hard disk and running it from there - no truncation!
This must be a clue as to why this is happening?
Cheers
Geoff

Occasionally when using PowerPoint 2003 on a PC with Windows XP Pro
with a 3GHz processor and 1GB RAM I find following.
1. the words in a sentence appear on top of each other and/or appear
condensed into a small graphic blob.
2. if I run the presentation again these effects are absent.
Any idea why this happens?
Thanks
Geoff
