Is Entourage Mail/Toolbar Customizable? I would like to add a 'Mark as
Unread' button.

I'm afraid it isn't. But it has been requested very frequently, so if you
want to add your voice to the chorus, click on Send Feedback on Entourage in
the Help menu.
