Issue syncing between Entourage and Exchange

I use Entourage 2008 hooked up to my corporate Exchange server. It has been working great until recently I have had some synchronization issues where I have deleted/moved messages in Entourage but they do not get deleted/moved on the Exchange server. For example, I have a SmartPhone where changes made in Entourage are reflected on the phone. That is, once again, until recently. I loaded a parallels session and ran outlook and it matches the phone and not Entourage.

Anyone run into this?

What do you see if you use Safari to view your account? Assuming you're
connecting to your Exchange Server on the same network use the back-end
server address where you account resides. It should look something like:

<http://exchange-server.internal-domain.com/exchange/username>

Does it match what Entourage displays?
