Issues with Entourage in Gmail

I have setup Entourage to use Gmail and I have a few issues.

1. I cant seem to view attachments
2. There is a small delay when sending a message that I did not experience
when I was working at my job and was using my email there with Entourage.

Make sure you downloaded the entire message. It's possible you have
partially download messages selected under the Options tab in your Account.

This could just be the way your home setup works with your ISP. Do you see
this with other accounts?

Is your Gmail set up as POP or IMAP?

I did have that setup. Just unchecked that box.
This could just be the way your home setup works with your ISP. Do you see
