Does anyone know if Microsoft will be providing functionality (in
Entourage 2004) to link the Entourage Address Book with the Apple
Address Book ?? FINALLY allowing a seamless sync with iSync ???

Not in 2004.

There was a detailed explanation of why not in a blog from Dan Crevier

However, Paul Berkowitz has provided scripts to do this. They are shareware
though, justifiably so due to the immense amount of effort required to
