It is disgusting to use help articles as a come-on to upgrqade

You are punishing those of us in the non-profit community by offereing
suggstions for greater efficiency, then telling us we cannot take advantage
of them unless we upgrade--to somethjing that our budgets prohits us from
doing.

Why not make your sugsestions available to eatrlier versions of the programs
