It only downloads the last few days of messages

Hi,

i have just set up entourage on my mac, and after some teething
problems it now will both send and recieve my e-mails.

the problem is it has only downloaded the last three days of messages
from my imap account and not all of them from the last six years. How
can i change this? my IT manager is getting annoyed that my account is
so large so i need to download them all before he deletes them!

First, it will only download mail in folders that you view, other folders
will not be touched (with the default settings).

If this is not the problem, try right-clicking on the account icon in the
folder listing as selecting 'Empty Cache' - it may collect all mail on the
next sync.
