Outlook 2002 SP2
Using .pst file (No Exchange)
No recent backup.
Customer did not realize that he was deleting items from
his Personal Folders when he clicked on his own name in
the "Contacts" folder, went to the Activities Tab, and
deleted his Calendar and Tasks items (He was forwarding
his contact info and feared that the "Activities" would be
sent with his contact info).
These items do not show in the "deleted items" folders.
My own tests have confirmed that if I delete a task from
the tasks view, it shows in the deleted items folder, but
if I delete a task from the "Activities" tab, it is
nowhere to be found. Has it merely become disassociated?
Or was it permanently deleted without a warning prompt??
Can anyone help me recover these vital tasks and
appointments?
