Items sent from drafts have no TO details in Sent Items

Our users are reporting instances where they save an emain
in Drafts (using Outlook 2003 connected to Exchange server
2003) and later send the email. When they go into Sent
Items, there are no addresses visible so you cannot tell
to whom the email was sent.

Any assistance with this issue would be appreciated.

Thanks

Just add the field, right click on the blank space under
the last message on the list, pick show fields..

The field "TO" is clearly displayed in the item window yet
it is blank.

When you double click the email to open it into it's own
window the TO CC and BCC fields are all empty.

When you print | preview the document, the TO and CC
fields are absent (as BCC doesn't print anyway).

Unfortuately, it is not as simple as the TO field not
being one of the displayed fields. It is displayed, but
it is empty. After sending, Outlook "forgets" who the
email was sent to.
