I've been emailed a Contact as an attachment - how do I import it

I'm using Outlook 2003 and a colleague has emailed some Contacts as
attachments. I can't see a way to import those directly into my Contacts file
yet I feel it should be simple?

It depends on what format was used for the Contact Record which you did not
post. When sent correctly you simply double click to open then Save to place
it in your default Contacts Folder.
