Somehow in the midst of upgrading from a Palm Treo 650 to the 755P and
syncing, all of my entourage contacts have been converted to Japanese
format. How and why did this happen and how, short of opening each
one and individually turning off the Japanese format, do I correct
this in a way that not only corrects it for current contacts but
eliminates the possibility that new contacts will default to this
format? Thanks.
