I've update from Windows 98 to XP. On my Win98 system I
had Global IME for Japanese loaded some my I could write
in Japanese, but I can't find a way to do the same with
Outlook Express on my Windows XP Home edition. I have MS
Office 2003 loaded, not Office XP. Is there a way to
have Global IME encoding for my Outlook Express?
