Jeoperdy Presentation

Hope

I'm creating a Jeoperdy game on PowerPoint. on a slide I created a few
buttons, when I click a button it will take me to its assigned slide. Its
assigned slide has a button, which will take me back to the slide with the
buttons. I want to know how it is that I can make a "button" not appear when
I go back to the slide that it was originally on.

Try this:

Insert a duplicate slide after the one with the buttons. On the duplicate
slide, delete the button that you want to “not appearâ€, then hide this slide
(Slide Show > Hide Slide). On the slide with just one button, hyperlink it
back to the duplicate (hidden) slide, rather than the original one. This
will give the impression that the original button has “disappearedâ€.

The "hidden" slide will only be shown when the button that links to it is
clicked.

Hope this helps!

Hope,
There are several different ways to do this, but they depend on the PPT
version you are using.

If you are using PPT 2002 or later, you can apply an exit animation to your
button and have it be triggered by the click of itself. If you are using an
older version, things get more complicated.....

Thank you Jem this helps, but could you help me further? I want to create my
presentation just like you would see Jeoperdy on TV... which means that the
buttons have to disappearafter being used do you know what I mean? for
instence: I click the $100 button and it takes me to the slide w/ th/
question and when I go back that button is not there; then I do the same
with a $200 button, so now I don't expect the 100 or 200 button to be there
and so on and so on... could you please help me
