I'm 99.99998% sure craigslist will barf on Publisher's html, you may have a
shot with Word...maybe.
Why not just create your ad with Publisher and save it as an image (.jpg)
and upload that, then add some straight text to the upload?
I'm no expert with craigslist, but since you had brought it up I've been
exploring it (looking for a cheap car for my daughter) and seems a lot of
ads are just text with an image added.
