I use the journal extensively for tracking my daily work. After I've dealt
with an email, I use the organize function to move the email to the
appropriate folder.
The problem comes in at the end of the month when I need to review all the
activity in the Journal to create a month end report.
I select the journal entry (emails) and try to reread the email. The journal
entry comes up with an error message saying that it has been either deleted
or moved and it can't be recovered.
Other than mannually coping each email to another journal entry, is there
anything else I can do? Or am I doing something wrong?
