To do a mail merge I have created a mail merge catagory under contacts in the
contacts view. When I do the merge I select and drag the desired contacts to
the mail merge in the left payne to use as the source for the mail merge. I
had 2 contacts who were family members and were using the same email address.
When I pulled the contacts out of the mail merge catagory I elected to
combine the 2 contacts as one by mistake. Outlook than deleted one of the
contacts and combined all of the journal info into one. I was able to recover
the deleted contact and copied the journal logs back into the correct contact
when I deleted the info that was merged onto the other contact it deleted the
info on both. Anything I do in one now appears in both. The deleted journal
entries are not showing up in the recycle bin. Can I recover the deleted
journal entries? How do I seperate the 2 contacts again?
