journal entries

I'm unable to view journal entries for the last 30 days. I unchecked the "do
not archive" option, but every week, my previous entried are deleted.

Any suggestions/help will be greatly appreciated.

Check your view settings -- make sure you don't have a filter set to hide
older items.

I have no filters on.

I just reread your original question -- you said "I unchecked the "do not
archive" option". That would imply that you set Outlook to archive the
items. What exactly were the steps you took to ensure that the items would
not be archived?
