Journal - Using it to track Mailmerge PRINTED letters

Can anyone highlight how to use the Journal to track all PRINTED letters sent
to multiple Contacts via the MAILMERGE function. The Journal tracks mailmerge
EMAILS very well, but falls on it's face for printed documents.

You can't. Printing is not a supported tracking function.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Dr Paul D. Patti asked:

Is there a way or a form that I can use to print Journal entries in a
listing type format. The current format only has a Memo style which
puts each entry on a separate page.

I would like to have the printout show entries in a list type format
with the times for each entry. This would help me track my time spent
on different activities whereas I am a contractor and need to track my
time worked on projects.
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give.
