jpeg image keep flashing in word doc.

Hi,

I have imported a jpeg image into my doc. and the image keep flashing
itself when I moved around within the document. I tried completely
disabling hardware acceleration in the graphic properties and updating
the video driver (Intel onboard D845gebv2 motherboard) to the latest
version doesn't seem to fix the problem.

Would anyone give me some suggestion?
