JPEG's not showing in presentation

Steve

When using Powerlink Plus and compiling a presentation on
CD I've got 2 pictures that are coming up blacked out.
I've tried deleting them from the presentation and re-
loading them but the same ones keep showing up blacked
out. They are in JPEG format. They look just fine when
I play them through PP but when I burn them to CD using
PL+, they black out. Any ideas?

Steve,

I really dunno. I would suggest, though, contacting Sonia directly. She is
very responsive to questions/ issues.

Steve, there are so many possible causes of this, all related to your system
or the Viewer. So, I have a ton of questions:

1. Have you tried the CD on other systems? We need to know whether the
problem is confined to a single system.
2. Can you boot your system into Safe Mode and try the CD? Does the
problem still occur? If not, then it's a strong indicator that you need to
update your video driver.
3. What is the source of the JPEGs? How large were they when you inserted
them? Or did you link them?
4. What animations and transitions are assigned to the slides with the
JPEGs and the slides that follow them?
5. Have you tried cleaning out your Temp folder and then defragging your
hard drive?

Generally I would recommend updating the video driver and I would be fairly
confident that it would take care of the problem. However, with a CD
involved, other factors need to be explored as well.
