Junk, Blocked or Rule:Delete ?

can someone explain the diff between Junk, Blocked and a rule to just Delete
(based on some email address ) ?

for outlook 2003

Junk: Moved to the Junk Mail folder by Outlook 2003's junk mail
content filter

Blocked: Moved to the Junk Mail folder because the sender's address is on
the blocked list; not processed beyond that by the junk mail content filter

Rule: Uses the rule criteria only, to move the item to Deleted Items

The Blocked list is more efficient than a rule.
