Junk E-mail Filter Removes Wanted E-Mail

I have tried everything I can to get Outlook to stop
deleting some of my e-mails. I have a Junk Sender's List
in the thousands, so I do not want to disable the Junk E-
Mial Rule. I have tried adding the addresses of the
wanted e-mails to the Exception List, moving it to the
top, etc. Nothing seems to work. Please advise.
