'Junk E-mail' folder and 'Spam' folder

Hi, our customer has a 'Junk E-mail folder' and a 'Spam' folder in
Entourage. I expect that the latter is probably generated by Exchange
but am not sure. Can they be made to work together so that there is
only have one spam folder? It is confusing which one to use to have
effective junk mail control. Thanks.

Have you tried deleting the Spam folder?

Does the Exchange server use any anti-spam product such as McAfee's
GroupShield?

Our Exchange 2003 server doesn't create a Spam folder, but cannot contest to
knowing everything about it.
