Junk E-mail Options

I have selected the check box to: Permanently delete
suspected junk e-mail instead of moving it to the Junk E-
mail folder

The problem is Outlook is ignoring my request and still
putting it in the Junk E-mail folder, where I have to
manually delete it. Doesn't this work like the Junk E-
mail option in Office XP?
