Junk e-mail protection will not turn off

Even though we have set Junk E-mail protection to None, it continue to put
message in the Junk e-mail folder. There are no user rules active.

I have uninstalled Office 2004 and reinstalled, leaving only the Main Identity.

Please help...

more information: it may have something to do with the user's Junk catagory
being renamed and used for standard e-mail addresses.

My first clue was that the messages moved to Junk E-mail were sending in
the renamed Junk catagory.

As usual, Microsoft add a hook that can cause problems and give no
warnings. Another clue is that you can delete other categories but you
cannot delete Junk regardless of it's name.

Things like this should be lock down so a user cannot misconfigure their
system. And for Entourage to move messages even when Junk Protection is
set to none is really bad.

I get really tired of MS's software doing things that I don't tell it to....
