Junk E-mail

I have junk e-mail coming out of my ears. I have got
Outlook 2000 and I need more protection from it. I have
got all filters on but it still is very annoying, I have
over fifteen every day in my inbox and about three in my
junk e-mail folder. So it is obviously new senders so the
filters do not catch them. Any help/downloads etc. would
be very much appreciated. Thanks.
