Junk email filter stopped working

Outlook 2003 complitely updated.

All of a sudden built in junk email filter doen't work anymore.
Junk email stays in the Inbox without being moved to the Junk Email folder

No changes made.

Checked the junk email options: as always the setting is "Low". Did work
until a few days ago. It doesn't anymore.

Any Hint?
