Junk Email filter

When have the Permanently delete suspected junk e-mail
checked, does thie read the restricted list?

What do you mean? Can you please rephrase? If you choose this option, all
suspected junk email will be permanently deleted. It will bypass the Junk
Email folder.

Let me rephase my question.

When the Permanently delete suspected junk e-mail
is checked does it use the Blocked Senderer list to
delete the incoming emails or does it delete all
supescted junk email.

All suspected Junk Email. It will use the Blocked Senders list, but it also
uses the other Junk Mail settings (the bayesean filter) to delete junk mail
as well.

Yes, if the junk mail filter triggers on something it considers junk.
