Junk Email in TS

Is there some way to get the Junk email filters to work in Terminal
Services, when running an Exchange 2003 server?

If you are using Outlook 2003 on a terminal server the junk email filter
will not filter messages based on content, just sender address/domain. This
is because the filter works against a local store and since you cannot use
an .ost file (cached mode) on terminal server there is no local store (using
an Exchange server).
