Junk email list

I am using Outlook 2003 and I am impressed by the way
Outlook 2003 blocks junk email. Is there a way to get
the junk senders list out of Outlook so I can put it the
addresses on my email server so my users who do not have
anti-spam software can cut down on the amount of junk
they get?
