Junk email not working since March update

Since an automic update was installed on 3.13, my junk mail filter (outloook
2003) has stopped working. No junk is cougt at all. I verified that I have
my junk email settings at "Strong".

IS ther esome other setting that shoudl be changed? Is there a known
problem with this update?

Can I remove the update?

any suggestions apreciated, I'm being overriun by junk mail!
