junk email

Just two quick questions. First, is there a way to have Entourage
automaticaly move the mail I specify as junk to the deleted folder, and
second, I am running Panther and have Norton Utilities on my
powerbook. When I was running Jaguar, the antivirus software would
scan all mounted drives and email and display a screen showing the
progress. Now, with panther, it does not give me that screen and it
does not seem to scan mounted drives, any suggestions?
