junk filter filtering wrong mail

My junk mail filter is filtering email that is not junk. I accidentally
filtered a United Airlines email in a mass filtering months ago, but removed
it from the junk mail address file weeks ago. However, Outlook is stlll
saying the UA email is spam. I even went into the Junk Senders.txt file and
could find nothing. Any ideas?

whoops, sorry for the repeat of an earlier message (11/12). i didn't
remember that i had sent out a similar one b/c unknowing to me, OE wasn't
downloading them. For some reason, even though i synchronized the group to
download everything it apparently didn't. i just realized this when today,
it said i had 3000 messages not downloaded after synching. i synched and
synched but nothing would get downloaded. i finally did the "Get next 300
headers" 10 times. for some odd reason that solved it. OE is a very weird
program.
