hello all. My Junk Filter seems unoperational; meaning:
- I put the Junk E-mail Protection level on Exclusive
(- then I installed a rule that would move junk mail to the junk mail
folder (instead of leaving it in the inbox) (to be precise: the rule is: If
'is junk E-mail' then: Move message to Junk E-mail + Change Status: Read +
Set category: Junk.). But since I experienced problems with junk mail
protection, I turned that one off, so it shouldn't intervere. I just include
it in order to be complete.)
(- Also, I have a set of other rules active, who all serve to move
mail to a specific folders (and who don't function too well either, but I
can't see how this would interfere). )
Most of the time, all incoming junk mail is being put into the Inbox and not
marked as junk mail. Sometimes though, without any settings changed, junk
mail is not only marked as such, but also automatically being moved into the
junk mail folder (which is what I want, and which didn't happen before,
which is why I set up this rule‹please note that now this happens the
according rule still being disabled).
I don't understand what's going on. I guess I am missing something?
