Junk filter suddenly not working?

This is odd. Since 2 days ago, a bunch (20 or 30) very blatant spam
emails have gotten through to my Inbox in my Entourage 2004 (v11.2.1).
When I say blatant, I mean text emails that have the classics like
Cialis, Viagra, etc.

I haven't added any new accounts in months, and my Junk mail filter has
always been set to High. Normally, this simply catches 90% quite well.
Now it's been more like 40%.

Any ideas?

Hi Pitch -

Unfortunately there are some clever jerks out there providing the spammers
with some techniques that are hard to filter for. Some of the viagra type
are actually images, not text, so the typical filter wont catch them. Also,
they have started some sort of broken text/columnar effect that is also hard
to catch. It reads as nor mal text, but if you copy it into a text doc it
looks like this:

And when we start blocking these they'll come up with another bypass.
