Junk Mail Alert

When a junk mail message arrives it gets placed in the Junk Mail folder, but
I no longer get the pop-up that asks me if I want to open the Junk Mail
folder. This has happened on all of the profiles on my PC. Does anyone know
how I can get the alert back?

OL2003 (11.8118.8107) SP2.
