Junk Mail Error

I am trying to set up the junk mail filter within Outlook
and get the below error when I do the following;

Automaticially move Junk messages to Deleted Items and
click Turn On, I get the following error,

Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or
programs and try again.

I am using O2K/E 5.5. Both fully SP.
