Junk Mail Filer Greyed out

Just installed Entourage to Mac with OS Jauguar. MS Office 2004 was
installed w/o entourage previously. Importing from Eudora went fine.
Setting up rules, signatures, etc works fine. All other functions
appear to be ok. It's just that Junk Mail Filter is greyed out in the
Tools menu. Any thoughts on how to resolve this.

Repair permissions. If that doe snot work, run the 'office removal tool' and
reinstall. Don't forget to apply updates after reinstalling.
