Junk Mail Filter in Outlook 2003

Dave

I had a number of icons on my toolbar when I upgraded to Office 2003 that
pertained to the Junk Email settings .... and I seem to have lost them. I
have been to the customize toolbar section and cannot seem to find them....
can anyone please point me to the general direction... I would like to have
them back as they were a real help when determining what is junk mail and
what isn't ....

Thanks
Dave

Does 'Junk Email' not appear on the Actions Menu?

Should be Customize>Actions (in the left 'Category' column) and scroll down
until you see Junk Email in the 'Commands' column. Drag to the Actions menu.

Hi James,

Thanks for your comments... yes the Junk Email options are visible in the
Actions Menu.... however I had a toolbar " unless I am totally out of it "
that had a number of icons on it.... I know I can drag the type written text
to the toolbar ie: " add sender to blocked sender list " etc... however I
thought I had some icons that were representative of that... the issue that
happened was I had an adware program on my system called " searchv " ... and
I removed it and when I did that it reset my whole system... I had to
re-establish a partnership with my IPAQ and Activesync... it dropped all of
my icons off of my toolbar.... and on and on... and so I am not totally sure
as to what I had on my Outlook toolbar previous to this... because I had a
total global change to my system.... hence my lack of detail... hope this
better explains...

Thanks
Dave

You could try the "Detect & Repair" option on the Outlook Help menu.
