Junk Mail filter

Hi,

I go to Organize and set a rule in Junk Mail to block email from a certain
sender.

After some 8-9 email adresses when I try to add another on I get "No
permission"
When I try again I get "Operation failed"

But, it works from Tools > Rules Wizard to add email adresses without any
trouble.

Does anybody know why this occurs?
