Junk mail filter

The junk mail filter in entourage 2004 quit working. I have it set to high,
but all junk mail still comes to my inbox. Suggestions?

Sounds like corruption. First, run the Database Utility for Entourage. To
access, hold Option key down when launching Entourage and run the utility.
If you database is not corrupted, you might want to use ³Remove Office².
This will delete all MS preferences in your ~/Library. It will not delete
your mail. More on Database Rebuild

Removing Office and reinstalling worked. The dadabase utitlity didn't.

Does the problem re-occur when JMF protection is set to 'Exclusive'?
