Junk mail folder has a red circle & a line through -can't open

If you have a question, ask it in the body of the message, making sure you
also include your Outlook version. I'm guessing you have Outlook 2003,
since you mention the "Junk E-mail" folder. The icon you describe is the
normal Junk E-mail folder icon. When you say "can't open", what happens
when you try?
