Junk mail insanity

This is getting nuts. My junk mail filter is totally whacked. It is
marking mail that IS in my address book or part of a mail rule as junk. The
real junk mail which IS NOT in my address book or part of a mail rule is
coming through as not junk.

Is there a reverse button somewhere that I'm not aware of? Or should I just
chuck entourage and chalk it up to Microsoft incompetency?

You can try this. Turn of the Entourage filter. Create two rules at the
bottom of your rules list. The first says if sender is in my address book,
stop processing rules. The second says for all messages, change to junk.
Also, make sure all rules above and all mailing list rules stop processing.
Now all mail that isn't handled by a rule will be flagged as junk.
