Junk Mail Rules

I have turned on my Outlook Junk Email settings and/or my
Adult Content settings while I have a rule to display a
notification when new mail arrives. It shows the new
message window but it shows two messages for every one
that I recieve. If I turn off the Junk Email and the
Adult Content then it works fine but when either is on
then it shows each message twice in the new message window.

Does anyone know why this is or if there is a work around
for this? It is not mission critical but is a little
strange.
