how can i 'bounce back' junk mail. all suggestions most welcome. i have

You cannot. First, mail clients cannot "bounce" messages, only servers can.
Second, the chances the message is coming from an address the spammer monitors
approaches zero. The actual sender will never get your bounce. All you'll do
it deliver your bounce to a non-existent address (which will generate a bounce
back to you) or the address of some innocent person whose mail addres was
hijacked by the spammer.
