Junk mail

I need to determine why some messages were classified as junk mail.
When I attempt to edit the list I am only told how to add another name to
the list.
This is not helpfull!
Will someone please assit me?

If you are using Outlook 2007, then you can the Infobar of the message in
the Junk Email folder will tell you if it has indeed been placed there by
the Junk Email Filter. If it doesn't, then it has been placed there by other
means such as a rule, 3rd party scanner or manually.

Other than the blocked and safe list and the other Junk E-mail settings that
you can change, there isn't a way to look further "under the hood" as to why
it has been placed there.
